In typical 50 minute sessions after the initial assessment, we typically review past homeworks, discuss updates and news, and continue working toward our goals. Often, this involves discussion of prevalent patterns, coping and defense mechanisms, and interpersonal relations.

Depending on your needs, we can cater your treatment to fit your schedule. I tend to operate based on the typical shift-based schedule of Woodstock and see clients in the afternoons and evenings. I can also see clients online if meeting in person is not manageable.

• Assessment: Bio-Psycho-Social Assessment of Presenting Issue and Treatment Plan with goal identification
• Individual Therapy: As identified by the agreed upon treatment plan
• Couples Counselling: As identified by the agreed upon treatment plan
